Faith begins with…
- Confusion.
Gabriel appeared to her and said, “Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you!”

- Questions.
The Key to genuine faith is to ask God questions and then listen for an answer.
Mary asked the angel, “But how can this happen? I am a virgin.” Luke 1:34
For with God nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:37 KJV
How to listen for an answer from God
- Look within you.
- Look around you.
- Look above you.
- Commitment
I am the Lord’s servant,’ Mary answered. May it be to me as you have said. Luke 1:38
Where does faith lead?
- Faith leads to problems.
“When they had gone [the wise men had gone] an angel appeared to Joseph in a dream. ‘Get up,’ he said. ‘Take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.’”
Matthew 2:13
After the celebration was over, they started home to Nazareth, but Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem. His parents didn’t miss him at first,44 because they assumed he was among the other travelers. But when he didn’t show up that evening, they started looking for him among their relatives and friends. Luke 2:43-44
